My girls...fishing off the dock

Jaden, do you think you will catch anything?

A girl and her fish...she is becoming a pro!

Just don't let the fish touch me...

Maybe one of these days Jaden will share her fishing secrets with Aunt Niece...

OK Addie.... it's your turn!
Unlike Jaden, Addie is not as excited about going underwater! Now jumping up and down in the water... Addie is an expert at that.
A little "Alligator Crawl". Addie told me later that this was her favorite part of swimming lessons. I asked her why, and she said "because I get to show my alligator teeth!" I think she just likes to make silly faces.
Great Job Addie Pattie!
At the end of the two week session Jaden's class had the opportunity to go down the water slide. Jaden and I have talked several times about the slide. I told her it would be really fun, but she always said she was too afraid to go down this slide. I think she was always afraid of going underwater. At first, Paula and I thought that Jaden would not go with the rest of her class. We were both surprised to see her climb the stairs.

This may be one of my favorite pictures of Addie. If you really want to see what Addie is thinking or feeling, just look into her eyes.
Just hangin' out at a T-Ball Game
Addie: "Yes.."
Aunt Niece: "Did Mommy help you?"
Addie: giggles....."Yes!"
Monday night Jaden's T-Ball Team, the Cheetah Girls received a trophy for participating in the Mustang Summer League. They won 4 games, and became quite the little team. The last game they lost in the bottom of the last inning by one run, and Jaden team was only playing with 8 girls! Pretty Good if you ask me. Her team came in 4th out of 6 teams.
Jaden receiving her trophy
I think she was pretty happy to get a trophy!
Hey Aunt Niece, see my trophy!
My Big Girl and her First Trophy
Jaden- Your Aunt Niece is very proud of you! Go #5!
Now we just have to wait for Fall Ball to start!
Until next time.......

I think we all had fun, except for maybe Paula and her toothache. But after a quick trip to the dentist back in OKC on Saturday her weekend was better.
Jaden and I went fishing while Nanny and Paula drove back from OKC.
Of course Jaden caught three fish......and Aunt Niece caught none!
Paula and Jake took the girls to Eufaula Sunday-Tuesday. Jaden tells me she caught two catfish, and that her daddy caught a bunch of fish.
Until next time.......
